人生在世,最重要的两件事:一是学做人,二是学做事。我们一般认为学做事就是学知识、学技能,但是对于做人和人格道德的修养,以及做事中的道德方面却没有那么关注。其实,做人和做事,说到底是一回事儿。做人,最重要的就是做有德之人,道德是做人的根本。同时道德也是做事的一个基础。而职业道德,恰好用道德把做人和做事联系在一起,比如诚信、责任、合作、敬业等职业道德,既是做人的原则,也是做事的规范,在做事的职业行为中,保证做事的方向,成就做人的境界。在现代社会,职业活动占据着人生绝大部分道德生活内容,职业道德在人生发展和事业进步中发挥着巨大的作用。

There are two things that are most significant in our life, conducting oneself and doing a deed.From our normal perspective, to learn how to do a deed is to learn knowledge and skills, however we paid less attention to personality moral self-cultivation, and in moral aspects. Practically speaking, to conduct oneself and to do a deed are the same thing. The most significant thing for conducting oneself is moral integrity, that＇s the foundation of a moral human being. Meanwhile, morality is a foundation of doing things. As well as professional ethics, is just the combination of conducting oneself and doing deeds, for instance honesty, responsibility, cooperation, professionalism are the principles of both conducting oneself and doing deeds. Ethics professional activities are crucial element of how to conduct things and oneself.Nowadays, occupational activities occupy most of the moral life, professional ethics plays an important part in life development and career advancement.
