新时代中国特色社会主义社会主要矛盾的转化影响着我国科学技术创新的方向。顺应人类文明演进历程的转向,绿色发展是"美丽中国"建设的有力引领和"幸福中国"的本质体现。作为经济社会发展的"内生变量",科学技术创新是破解新时代社会主要矛盾的关键。在当前形势下,生态化理应成为科学技术创新的必然诉求,科学技术创新必须兼顾生态效益、经济效益、社会效益和政治效益。为此,以绿色发展为导引,强化科技创新主体的生态伦理意识、将生态效益融入科学技术创新的目标体系、将循环整体性分析介入科学技术创新思维方式是当前科学技术生态化创新的重要内容,也是中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的题中应有之意。

The transformation of major contradictions in the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has determined the direction of scientific and technological innovation. Conforming to the evolution of human civilization,Green development is the strong leading power of building ＂Beautiful China＂,and is the essence of ＂Happy China＂. As the＂endogenous variable＂of economic and social development,scientific and technological innovation is the key to solving the major social conflicts in the new era. In the current situation,ecological management should become the inevitable demands of scientific and technological innovation. Scientific and technological innovation must take into account the ecological benefits,economic,social and political benefits. Aiming green development as a guide,strengthening ecological and ethical awareness of the scientific and technological innovation,incorporating ecological benefits into the scientific and technological innovation target system and involving the circular holistic analysis in scientific and technological innovation thinking constitute the important contents of the current ecological innovation of science and technology,and also the requirement of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
