摘要
农村土地流转问题受到经济学、社会学等各界的关注,农村土地流转市场具有明显的分割,一方面是以关系机制为基础的熟人市场,一方面是以价格机制为基础的规范市场。本文通过K-means聚类分析法,以农户年龄、土地流转价格、土地流转面积、每亩地成本为变量,验证了农村土地流转的市场分割,分析熟人市场和规范市场中的土地流转特征,最后对我国土地规模化提出建议。
The issue of rural land transfer has drawn attention from economics, sociology and other fields. The rural land transfer market has a clear division. The acquaintance market is based on the relationship mechanism and the standard market is based on the price mechanism.By k-means clustering analysis, this paper verifies the market segmentation of rural land transfer and analyze the age of farmers,the price of land transfer,the area of land transfer and the cost per acre. It also analyzes the characteristics of land transfer in acquaintance market and standard market. Finally,we put forward suggestions on promoting farmland formula management.
