一带一路战略在实施过程中必将与经济交往发展、文化交融发展等过程交织在一起,这些也是影响民族团结的重要因素,新疆作为新丝绸之路经济带的核心区,其民族团结与否必然会影响一带一路建设的顺利推进。一带一路建设将会给新疆民族团结带来强大的经济推动力量、提供文化交流的平台、提升少数民族的国家认同;也会带来民族经济关系紧张、意识形态风险增大、暴力恐怖事件频发等挑战,为新疆民族团结带来负面影响。把握机遇、直面挑战,从筑牢民族团结的物质基础、情感基础,创建良好的社会环境和外围环境四个方面增进新疆民族团结,为一带一路建设提供良好的国内环境。

The implementation process of ＂One Belt and One Road＂will definitely interweave with economic and cultural development,which are the main factors to impact national unity. Xinjiang is located at the core area of Silk Road Economic Belt,and its national unity status will certainly affect the smoothly implementation of＂One Belt and One Road＂. The implementation of ＂One Belt and One Road＂will bring a strong economic impetus to Xinjiang national unity,provide platform for the cultural communication,and improve the national identity of ethnic minorities. Meanwhile,it will also cause the tension on national economic relation,ideology risk,terrorist attack and other challenges,which will bring adverse impact to Xinjiang national unity.We should seize the opportunities and face the challenges,from building the material basis of national unity,emotional basis,to create a good social environment and the external environment in four areas to promote national unity in Xinjiang.Then it will create a favorable domestic environment for＂One Belt and One Road＂construction.
