治村型乡贤主导下的村庄治理及其推进路径

Village Governance and Its Promotion Path under Capable Village Elites

治村型乡贤主导下的村级治理适应了当前我国乡村在政治、经济、文化、道德等各方面治理和建设的客观需要,一些德高望重的乡贤通过举荐担任村庄主职干部后,在乡村治理中充分发挥了他们自身的优势,推进了乡村善治。现阶段,治村型乡贤在促进村级公共权力的良性运行;因地制宜,焕发农村经济活力;修复乡土文化,重拾乡村自信;改善民风,推进农村基层思想道德建设方面都发挥了积极作用。与此同时,为了进一步优化治村型乡贤主导下的村庄治理,尚需注意避免过度依赖乡贤、警惕乡贤蜕化,以及加快乡贤资源的挖掘和培育等问题。

Village governance under capable village elites adapts to the objective needs of governance and construction in politics,economy,culture,morality and so on in rural areas of China.After being recommended as leading cadres in villages,some respected township virtuous cadres fully exert their own advantages in rural governance and promote good governance in rural areas. At present,capable village elites have played an active role in promoting village level public power benign operation;local conditions and radiating rural economic vitality;restoring local culture and regaining village confidence;improving folk customs and promoting rural grass roots ideological moral construction.Meanwhile,in order to optimize village governance under capable village elites,we should pay attention to avoid excessive dependence on rural virtuous,guard against rural virtuous＇ degeneration,and accelerate the excavation and cultivation of rural virtuous resources,etc.
