整体性治理研究:一种文本的解读——以人大复印资料转载为例

Research on Holistic Governance: A Text Interpretation——An Example of The Reprint of Information Center for Social Science,RUC

20世纪70年代末期,西方政府治理遭遇困境,产生了新公共管理。随着新公共管理的运用和发展,政府治理再次遭遇危机。西方国家反思新公共管理,英国提出了整体性治理,取得良好的治理效果,并在其他国家得到广泛的运用。基于此,我国学界开始关注和引入整体性治理理论。采用文献研究方法,分析和梳理近年来人大复印资料所转载的整体性治理研究的文献。对整体性治理产生的背景、内容以及在中国的运用进行归纳总结,反思整体性治理理论研究的现状,提出以后整体性治理研究的发展趋势。

In the late 1970 s,Western governments encountered difficulties and created the New Public Management Theory. With the application and development of the New Public Management,the governance of government has once again encountered the crisis.Western countries reflect on the New Public Management Theory,the UK put forward the Holistic Governance,achieved a good effect of the governance,and the Holistic Governance has been widely used in other countries. Based on this,the academia began to pay attention to and introduce the Holistic Governance Theory in China. The article uses literature research method and sorts out the literature on Holistic Governance research that were reprinted by Information Center for Social Science,RUC in recent years. The article Summarizes the background,contents and the application of Holistic Governance in China,reflect on the status quo of the research of Holistic Governance Theory,and put forward the future development trend of Holistic Governance research.
