城市总体规划编制改革背景下的广州市白云区城市空间发展思路研究

Study on City Space Development Plan of Baiyun District under the Background of Urban Total Reform Plan in Guangzhou

2017年9月住房和城乡建设部确定广州作为城市总体规划编制改革试点城市之一,要求城市总体规划在内容上进行"瘦身"做"减法",以空间规划为主导,统筹各个要素在空间上的布局,体现总体规划刚性管控特性.在此背景下,科学谋划白云区的城市发展,以问题和目标为导向,明确白云区的发展定位,以生产、生活、生态空间布局为导向,完善要素配置,确定城市特色,延续历史文脉,使白云区城市发展走向绿色、高效的新道路.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Construction determines that Guangzhou is one of the testing reform cities in September 2017. It is required to simplify the city in the course of the total planning that the space planning is taken as a main guide and the unified various elements as the space layout and the control features. Under this requirement it is scientific planning for the city development in Baiyun. It is to clear the position of Baiyun District that taking the layout of production, live-hood and space allocation as the building to make the particulars of guiding thinking. It is to complete the element allocation, to make the particulars of market, to continue the town feature and continuation of historic feature and to urge Baiyun city progress in condition of green and high effective road
