This paper presents main characteristics,technology parameters and structure of type ZUC160-B0 bogie used in Macedonian railway. The technical characteristics,strength analysis result and type test results for important parts such as bogie frame,axle,wheel,axlebox and traction device are introduce as well as dynamic performance and frame strength simulation and test result of the vehicle. The calculation and test results show requirements satisfy the relative standards.
