摘要
伴随现代世界移动互联网、大数据、经济全球化的发展与推动,企业的物料来源和销售方式等已经不再局限于线下。目前,国内租车市场由传统B2C和个人对个人的共享租车两种模式组成。货车作为一种重要的运输工具,需求量和服务要求、效率都需得以提高,但它却通常出现车与货不协调的问题,而基于O2O模式下的共享货车的出现,将会使得车与货的信息更加公开及准确化,减少信息不对称的情况并且可以良好地跟进货运的状态,使需求双方各得其所,提高利益。
With the development and promotion of the modern World mobile internet,large data and economic globalization,the material source and sales way of the enterprise are no longer confined to the line. At present,the domestic car rental market by the traditional and personal car rental share of the two models. As an important means of transportation,the demand and service requirements,efficiency needs to be improved,but it is often the problem of the car and goods uncoordinated,and based on the 020-mode of the emergence of shared goods vehicles,will make the vehicle and cargo information more open and accurate,reduce information asymmetry and can well follow the status of freight,so that the needs of both sides to improve their interests.
