集束化护理对COPD急性期发作患者的辅助治疗效果观察

Observation of the effect of clustering care on the adjuvant treatment of patients with acute COPD

目的探讨集束化护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性期发作患者的辅助治疗效果。方法选取我科室2017年1—10月收治的46例COPD急性期发作患者为观察组,给予集束化护理。选取2016年3—12月收治的43例COPD急性期发作患者为对照组,给予常规护理。比较两组的治疗效果、住院时间、呼吸道感染发生率等。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的呼吸困难评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,肺部感染率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理能够提高COPD急性期发作患者的治疗效果,减少肺部感染的发生,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of clustering care on the adjuvant treatment of patients with acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. Methods To select 46 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our department from January 2017 to October 2017 as the observation group and given bundled care. The 43 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted from March 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group and were given routine care. The treatment effects,length of stay,and incidence of respiratory infections were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group,the dyspnea score after nursing was lower than that in the control group. The length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group. The rate of lung infection was lower than that of the control group. The degree of nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clustering care can improve the therapeutic effect of COPD patients with acute seizures,reduce the incidence of lung infections,and shorten the hospital stay.
