摘要
目的探讨精细化护理在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者临床治疗中的应用体会。方法选取2014年4月至2017年4月在我院接受治疗的74例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组。分别施以常规护理和精细化护理。结果对照组的护理总满意度显著低于试验组(P<0.05)。对照组患者的治疗依从性明显低于试验组(P<0.05)。对照组患者的临床治疗效果显著低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理比常规护理能够取得更好的疗效。
Objective To explore the application of refined nursing in the clinical treatment of breast cancer patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 74 patients with breast cancer and diabetes treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group were given regular care and patients in the control group were treated with refined nursing. Results The total care satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the test group（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment compliance of the control group was significantly lower than that of the test group（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical treatment effect of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Refined nursing can achieve better results than conventional nursing.
