临床护理质量管理控制指标在预防不良事件发生中的应用

Application of clinical nursing quality management control indicators in preventing adverse events

目的探讨临床护理质量控制指标在不良事件管理中的应用效果。方法于2013-2014年度和2015-2016年度随机选择入我院患者各1250例分为A组和B组,比较两组不良事件发生例数、事件类型与护理服务满意度。结果 B组患者的不良事件发生情况与护理服务满意度优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用临床护理质量管理与控制指标能够控制不良事件发生率,能够帮助提高护理人员的护理质量与护理满意度,降低护理不良事件发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing quality control indicators in adverse event management. Methods A total of 1,250 patients who adnfitted into our hospital during 2013-2014 were selected as group A and a total of 1,250 patients who adnfitted into our hospital dur- ing 2015-2016 were randomly selected as group B. The number of adverse events, event types, and care service satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events and nursing service satisfaction in group B were better than those in group A, and the differenee was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The use of clinical nursing quality management and control indicators can control the incidence of adverse events and help improve nursing staff＇s quality of care and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events.
