局部氧疗在新生儿尿布性皮炎护理中的应用效果

Application effect of local oxygen therapy in nursing of newborn diaper dermatitis

目的探讨局部氧疗在新生儿尿布性皮炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月在我院新生儿科接受治疗的尿布性皮炎足月新生儿100例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组经过常规处理后局部暴露,采用鹅颈灯照射加外涂红霉素软膏治疗;观察组经过常规处理后局部暴露,在对照组处理基础上,增加局部氧气直吹治疗。比较两组尿布性皮炎新生儿住院时间及家属对医护满意度。结果观察组家属对医护满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的平均住院日明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿布性皮炎新生儿在常规治疗方案上,即鹅颈灯照射加患处外用红霉素软膏,联合局部氧疗法,能够明显缩短尿布性皮炎愈合时间,缩短患儿平均住院日,提高家属满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of local oxygen therapy in nursing of newborn diaper deemtitis. Methods To select a total of 100 cases of full-term newborns who underwent neonatal dermatitis treatment in the Department of Neonatology in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was partially exposed after routine treatment and adopted gooseneck lamp irradiation and external erythromycin ointment treatment. The observation group was partially exposed after routine treatment and adopted lo- cal oxygen direct blow therapy on the basis of the control group. The hospitalization time of the neonates with neonatal dermstitis and the family members＇ satisfaction with medical care were compared. Results The satisfaction score of the observation group＇s family members was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The mean hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the conventional treatment program of the neonatal dermatitis, that is, gooseneck lamp irradiation with erythromycin ointment outside the affected area, the combination of local oxygen therapy can significantly shorten the healing time of diaper dermatitis and the average hospital stay in children. In addition, it can improve family satisfaction degree. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
