街道安全生产监督管理存在的问题及对策措施研究——以南京市鼓楼区为例

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Supervision and Management of Street Safety Production——Taking Gulou District of Nanjing as an Example

在系统梳理国家和地方相关法律法规、规章制度对街道安全监督管理的规定和要求基础上,通过对南京市鼓楼区13个街道的安全生产监督管理工作开展调研,总结分析街道安全生产监督管理存在的问题,提出针对性的对策措施,为国内其他街道安全生产监督管理工作提供研究思路和理论参考。

Based on the systematic review of the relevant national and local laws and regulations, and rules and the requirements of regulations on safety supervision management of street safety, a survey was conducted on the safety production supervision and management of 13 streets in Gulou district of Nanjing city. The problems existing in the supervision and management of street safety production are summarized, the targeted countermeasures are also put forward, which can provide research ideas and theoretical reference for the supervision and management of production safety in other streets in China.
