基于农民视角下的新疆新型职业农民教育培养调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Education and Training of Xinjiang New Professional Farmers Based on the Farmers' Perspective

党的十九大报告提出,要实施乡村振兴战略,强调农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,解决好"三农"问题关键是解决人的问题。论文通过对新疆南北疆五个典型县市的农民问卷调查资料的分析研究,了解目前新疆新型职业农民教育培养现状,找出存在的问题,最后提出切实可行的新疆新型职业农民教育培养的对策和建议。

The 19th CPC report pointed out that the strategy of rural revitalization should be implemented. It is emphasized that the problem of agriculture and rural peasants is a fundamental problem related to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood, and the keyto solve the ＂three rural issues＂ is to solve the problem of human beings. Through the analysis and study of the questionnaire survey data of farmers in five typical counties and cities in north and south Xinjiang, the paper finds out the current situation of the education and cultivation of new vocational farmers in Xinjiang, and finds out the existing problems, and finally puts forward practical and feasible measures and suggestions for the education and cultivation of new professional farmers in Xinjiang.
