The construction of the grassroots party branches is directly related to the party＇s image in the hearts of the people. As the propagandists and executors of the Party＇s policies at the grassroots level, the grassroots party organizations have the responsibility and the obligation to do their own party construction work well. Establishing learning, service and innovative grassroots party branches will help organize and unite the masses to conscientiously implement the party＇s line and policy. It is also the fundamental way for the party to investigate public opinion, win the people＇s heart and close the masses.
