河北省近五年声环境质量变化及趋势分析

Analysis on the Change and Trend of the Acoustical Environment Quality in Hebei Province in Recent Five Years

根据河北省2013-2017年城市声环境质量常规监测数据,分析了近五年来声环境质量变化趋势。结果表明,河北省声环境质量总体保持稳定。但仍存在一些问题,如昼间区域环境噪声等效声级平均值总体呈上升趋势,部分年份的昼间城市道路交通噪声平均等效声级相对较高;1类和4a类功能区定点噪声超标率仍较高。

According to the regular monitoring data of urban acoustical environment quality in Hebei Province from 2013 to 2017, the variation trend of acoustical environment quality in recent five years is analyzed. The results show that the quality of acoustical environment in Hebei Province remains stable on the whole. However, there are still some problems, such as the increasing trend of the average equivalent sound level of daytime regional environmental noise, and the relatively high average equivalent sound level of urban road traffic noise in some years, and fixed point noise rate of class 1 and class 4 a function areas is still high.
