低油价形势下,油田企业的生存与发展面临着诸多难题,其中创新党务工作、增强企业凝聚力显得尤为重要。因此,论文通过对"两学一做"学习教育在油田企业党务工作中的作用影响进行分析,结合油田企业实际情况,提出相应的优化措施与规划策略,为油田企业的可持续有效发展奠定坚实的理论基础。

Underthe situation of low oil price, the existence and development ofoilfield enterprises are facing many difficulties. Among which, innovating the party work and strengthening the cohesion of enterprises are becoming especially important. Therefore, through analyzing the effect of＂studying party constitution, party discipline and learning series speeches to be qualified party members＂ on the party work ofoilfield enterprises, and combined with the actual conditions ofoilfield enterprises, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures and planning strategies, and lays a solid theoretical foundation forthe sustainable and effective development ofoilfield enterprises.
