摘要
企业的发展是以人为本,人是企业发展的基础和市场竞争力的核心所在。职工作为企业的重要组成部分之一,男性职工比女性职工更具备身体以及精神素质的优势,因此企业应该对女性职工给予更多的照顾与关怀。工会是联系职工与企业之间的重要桥梁,因此需要针对传统的工会管理机制进行革新,以保障女性职工在企业的工作权利。
The development of enterprise is people-oriented, and people are the core of the development of enterprise and the core of market competitiveness. Employees are one of the important components of the enterprise. Male employees have more physical and mental qualities than female employees. Therefore, enterprise should give more care and attention to female employees. Trade unions are important bridges between workers and enterprises. Therefore, it is needed to reform the traditional trade union management mechanism, so as to ensure the right of female workers to work in enterprises.
