In the traditional network management system, each network management unit has its own type, showing a hierarchical and professional closed architecture. With the change of network form and management goal, the integrated, intelligent, visual and agile intelligent network management system has gradually become the industry consensus. The paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in traditional network management system, and combined with the industry development trend and business requirements, the characteristics and architecture of telecom intelligent network management system are analyzed in depth, and combined with the application scenario and business requirements of police informationization, the framework construction of public security information network operation and maintenance in the future is prospected.
