摘要
学前教育专业学生作为未来履行幼儿园教育工作职责的准教师,教育活动设计是其必备的专业能力。本研究通过文献法和案例分析法,发现学前教育专业学生教育活动设计存在活动定位不够准确、教法学法不够适宜、活动设计预设内容过多、环节之间缺乏有效衔接等问题。基于对毕业生的参赛指导和案例分析,提出准确把握活动领域的各年龄段目标、灵活掌握教育活动的组织方法、有机结合预设教学与生成教学、有效衔接活动环节、合理安排理论授课和实践教学的比例,以此为教师教育活动设计指导提供可操作的借鉴,从而有效提升学前教育专业学生教育活动设计的能力,为学生毕业后的职业适应和专业发展打下良好的理论和实践基础。
As pre-service teachers to perform duties of kindergarten education in the future, pre-school education majors must have the essential professional competence of education activity design. The study has found the problems including inaccurate activity orientation, improper teaching and learning methods, excessive presupposed activity design and ineffective link connection in education activity design of preschool education majors in documentary method and case analysis method. Based upon contest guidance and case analysis for graduates, the work proposes to grasp all age bracket target of activity field, master organization methods of education activities, combine presupposed teaching and generative teaching properly, connect activity links effectively, and arrange ratio between theoretical teaching and practical teaching reasonably, so as to provide exercisable reference for teachers' education activity design guide, improve education activity design ability of pre-school education majors, and lay a theoretical and practical foundation for professional adaption and professional development of students after graduation.
