摘要
思想政治教育工作者应挖掘马斯洛需求层次理论的思想政治教育意义,在党的理论和国家政策的指导下,结合学校实际和学生的特点,从受教育者本身的需要去研究思想政治教育工作应当给予受教育者什么,从而有目的、有计划地制定教育措施,围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生,让学生成为对自己满意并能够自我实现的人。
The ideological and political educators should dig out the ideological and political education significance from Maslow's need theory. Under the guidance of the Party's theory and national policy and combining the actual situations of the school and the characteristics of the students, the educators can study what this ideological and political education can give the educated from the needs of their own, hence formulating educational measures in a purposeful and planned way, such as centering on students, taking care of students, serving students, and making students become satisfied with themselves and be able to achieve self-realization.
