从青岛平民居住区的发展历程看青岛的城市现代化

青岛平民居住区作为青岛城市空间中重要组成部分,自德国占领时期开始,历经不同时期的发展,逐渐走向成熟,为今日青岛城市布局奠定了基础。受不同时期的政治因素、政策导向及民众观念的影响,青岛平民居住区的规划与建设不断遭遇新的困难。但在不断的摸索中,青岛找到了政府统筹与民众自治的模式,以平民居住区的规范化为纲,辅之以对城市居民的城市文化观念的建设,全面构建青岛的现代化城市居民区的方法。

Qingdao civilian residential area is an important part of Qingdao urban space. Since the period of German occupation, it has experienced the development of different periods and gradually matured, laying the foundation for the city layout of Qingdao today. Under the influence of political factors, policy orientations, and people＇s concepts at different times, the planning and construction of residential areas in Qingdao have continually encountered new difficulties. However, in the course of the constant exploration, Qingdao has found a model of government coordination and civil autonomy, in which the standardization of civilian residential areas is guided, the construction of urban culture concepts for urban residents is supplemented, and a comprehensive modern urban residential area in Qingdao is constructed.
