摘要
以甜高粱茎秆粉碎料为模式物,研究其在固态发酵生产乙醇的过程中黏性湿颗粒体系在转鼓式反应器中的混合问题。初步测定了甜高粱茎秆粉碎料的物料特性;在无扬料板时,通过实验验证了截面上颗粒轨道模型公式的准确性;在有扬料板时,研究了其数量及板长对混合的影响,并结合DEM模拟研究了扬料板较长时,对物料在回转筒截面混合特性的影响。以上研究对于改善连续固态发酵生产乙醇技术及反应器的设计与优化具有重要的现实意义。
The crushed sweet sorghum stalk is a cohesive system and the model material in this study, and the mixing process in the drum reactor during the solid-state fermentation for ethanol production has been studied. This paper determined the properties of the crushed sweet sorghum stalk material preliminarily. Then the accuracy of the formula of the particle orbital model on the cross section was verified by experiment without baffles. In the case of existing baffles, the influence of the number and the length of those baffles on the mixing process has been taken into account. Combined with DEM simulation, the long baffles has been taken to study its influence on the mixing characteristic. The above research is of great practical significance for improving the technology of continuous solid-state fermentation of ethanol production as well as the design and optimization of the reactor.
