摘要 科研影响力是科研质量评价中最重要的核心指标之一。围绕科研影响力这一核心指标,研究首先分析了科研影响力的四个层次,包括研究者及其所代表的学术团体、期刊人员及其所代表的学术团体、学术共同体研究者、社会大众和政府等广泛的利益相关群体,进而建构了一个以科研影响力为核心的多层次量化评价模型。基于此理论模型,研究以2017~2018年版CSSCI收录的50本教育学期刊论文被引数为分析对象,给出了如何对科研影响力进行评价的实例,结果表明该模型使用极为便利,能够用于对研究者、学术团体及科研机构的科研质量进行评价。 Research influence is one of the most important indicators on the domain of research quality evaluation. The UK Scientific Research Council defines the influence of scientific research as the outstanding contribution made by outstanding research to society and economy, and then divides the influence of scientific research into academic influence and socio-economic influence. In fact, based on different subjects, research influence can be divided into many different levels, among which the most important ones are the academic community and the public. In addition, the entire process of forming academic results can be divided into the influence on the researcher and the academic group they represent, and on the journal staff and the academic groups they represent.This paper focuses on the core concepts of the impact about academic papers, and analyzes this concept from the four levels: First, the influence on researchers and the academic groups; Second, journal personnel and their represents the influence of academic groups; Third, the influence of scholars on academic communities; Fourth, the influence of social and government stakeholders. Sufficient to research the influence of the four levels of interpretation, the researchers concluded and reflected on the four levels of theory and practice of around the core concepts in the influence of scientific research, to construct a quantitative model based on the influence of the multi-level from firstly the formation of scientific research achievements, contributions, review, until finally been major database included, secondly by the academic community and stakeholder groups on the process of reference, and to read or review scientific research achievements in the process of the individual, thirdly for the object represented by the academic society. Finally, put forward the following formula: Y(influence of scientific research) = W1×X1+W2×X2+W3×X3+W4×X4(X1, X2, X3, X4 number respectively, cited number, download count and adopted, W1, W2, W3, W4, respectively the weight of article number, cited several numbers, download). Based on this model and using an amount of 50 CSSCI pedagogical journals. Through the collection, collation and analysis of the 2017 data of these journals, the research quality of pedagogic disciplines in China's research institutes was explored. Higher education quality evaluation is discussed in a case study in how to quantitative evaluate the quality of the scientific research, and from the angle of scientific quality report based on the scientific research the influence of the evaluation result, finally demonstrated that this "multi-level quantitative model" in the theoretical level of the maneuverability of the innovative and practical level, not only can be used to evaluate the quality of the individual research, can also be used in the process of assessing academic groups and research institutes of scientific research.
