摘要
主体教育视角下,小学课程管理还存在着需要改进的问题,主要体现在小学课程的"生成性"、实施的"灌输性"以及评价的"呆板性"这三方面。而这些问题在一定程度上忽略了学生的主体性。导致这些问题的原因主要有四方面,即理论的缺失、意识的欠缺、功利性的教育以及体制的僵化。基于此,教育从业人员应坚持理论与实践相结合、加强相关人员的课程管理意识、扭转功利性教育目的以及克服体制弊端等策略。
From the perspective of subject education, there are still some problems in primary school curriculum management, mainly reflected is"generative"curriculum in the primary school, the"cramming"implementation and"inflexible"evaluation. And these problems to some extent ignored the subjectivity of students, which are mainly caused by four aspects, namely the lack of theory, the lack of consciousness, utilitarian education and the rigidity of the system. On the basis of the above analysis, the educators should take some countermeasures to combine theory with practice, strengthen the consciousness of curriculum management, reverse the purpose of utilitarian education and overcome the drawbacks of the system.
