摘要
受主客观因素的影响,初中起点六年制公费师范生英语学习有动力不足现象。认识并发掘六年制公费师范生的群体特点与优势,倡导以"学生为中心",在教学方法上,采取更为灵活的教学方法,引导和挖掘其内在学习的动机并用于激发英语学习的主动性和积极性具有积极促进作用。
Affected by objective and subjective factors, the 6-year system government-sponsored normal students usually lack motivation for English learning. With the recognition and exploration of the characteristics and advantages of the students, we advocate "student-centered"flexible teaching methods to guide and excavate the motivation of their intrinsic learning, so as to stimulate English learning initiative and enthusiasm.
