Affected by objective and subjective factors, the 6-year system government-sponsored normal students usually lack motivation for English learning. With the recognition and exploration of the characteristics and advantages of the students, we advocate ＂student-centered＂flexible teaching methods to guide and excavate the motivation of their intrinsic learning, so as to stimulate English learning initiative and enthusiasm.
