摘要
提出了一种结合工程计算和有限元方法来计算变桨轴承寿命的方法。该方法基于ANSYS建立轴承的全实体有限元模型,将从有限元分析得出的轴承滚道载荷分布代入到轴承的寿命计算公式中计算得出轴承的寿命。以某MW级变桨轴承为例,详细介绍该方法的使用。它可以解决工程算法没有考虑轴承的刚性和有限元模型简化、不能直接计算轴承寿命的缺点,为轴承承载能力的设计计算提供了一种新的理论依据,为解决风力发电机组工程的实际问题提供了有效途径。
This article proposed a calculation method for life cycle of variable-pitch bearings, combining engineering calculation and finite element method. This method established an entire-solid finite element model (FEM) based on ANSYS. In addition, the bearing race way load distribution obtained from finite element analysis (FEA) has been led into the calculation formulas of bearing life cycle, hence the life cycle of bearings could be calculated. Taking a certain MW-style variable-pitch bearing as an example, the paper introduced the method application that is mentioned above in details. The method is able to solve a series of problems, such as few considerations of bearing stiffness in engineering calculation method, disability on directly calculating bearing life cycle due to simple FEM. Therefore, this method provides a new theoretical reference for designing loading ability of bearings. Besides, the method provides an effective solution for engineering practical problems of wind turbine generator systems (WTGS).
