摘要
袋装水泥装车机械手作为一种新型的装载设备,在设计阶段应对其结构强度进行检验。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对装车机械手主要受力构件进行静力学分析,检验其结构强度是否满足工作要求,从而为样机的研制提供理论依据。
As a new type of loading equipment, bagged cement truck manipulator should be tested on its structural strength during the design phase. The main stress components of the loading manipulator was carried out a statics analysis by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. In addition, the structural strength of the manipulator was checked whether to meet the requirements of the work or not. In this case, a theoretical basis for the development of the prototype has been provided.
