基于有限元法的矿用通风机叶片振动分析

摘要 通风机广泛应用在煤矿掘进和采煤工作面,是煤矿安全生产的重要保障。通风机中的叶片较薄,当有共振振源激励时会发生颤振,从而影响风机的平稳性,所以很有必要对叶片进行模态振动分析。应用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立通风机的实体模型,并对叶片的建模方法进行概述。采用ANSYS软件对通风机叶片进行模态分析,得到了叶片前6阶固有频率和振型,分析结果表明通风机叶片的设计是合理的。 Ventilators, that is widely used in coal mine driving and coal mining face, is an important guarantee that related to coal mine safety production. When there is a vibration excitation, there would be flutter that influences the stability of the fan occurs on ventilators due to the thin blades in ventilators. In this case, it is necessary to put forward a modal vibration analysis on the blades. In this paper, a practical model of the ventilator was established based on SolidWorks three-dimensional (3D) modeling software, and modeling method of the blades was briefly described. Performed an modal analysis on the ventilator blade by using ANSYS software , the first 6 inherent frequencies and vibration modes of the ventilator blade have been obtained. The results show the design of the ventilator blade is reasonable.
