摘要 为了改进混流风机的设计,提升其工作效率,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对混流式风机进行数值模拟分析以及流固耦合分析,并通过改变其进风口流速以及导叶数量的方式,得出了不同的全压值以及效率值,得到了该混流式风机的最优工作状态。结果表明:该混流式风机的设计工况在流速为6m/s^8m/s区域内时最优,导叶数量在15个时最优。 In order to improve the design of mixed flow fans and improve its operating efficiency, this paper carried out numerical simulation analysis and fluid-structure coupling analysis on the mixed flow fans based on ANSYS Workbench. Furthermore, a series of variable full pressure values and efficiency values were obtained by changing the inlet velocity and the number of guide vanes, which indicated the optimal operating condition of the mixed flow fan. The result shows that the designed operating condition of the mixed flow fan would reach an optimal operating condition under the flow velocity of 6 m/s^8 m/s and guide vane number of 15.
