摘要
采用SolidWorks和ADAMS软件建立水平钻机的虚拟样机模型,用虚拟样机技术对水平钻机进行了仿真分析,得出运动过程中的动态参数,确定了简化模型中的驱动力大小等,为后续水平钻机的施工和改进设计提供依据。
This article established a virtual prototype model for horizontal drill by using SolidWorks and ADAMS software. On the basis of virtual prototype technology, the paper carried out a simulation analysis on the horizontal drill, by which the dynamic parameters in operating process were obtained and the parameters such as driving force in the simplified model was verified. The simulation analysis provides references for the following installation and improvement design of the horizontal drill.
