摘要 针对快卸销、快卸螺栓等传统快速连接件存在承载力小、容易卡滞、需专用工具等技术缺陷,设计了一种快速连接机构,利用锁定头、锁定环、定位球、旋转手柄等部件实现连接件与被连接件的快速安装与拆卸。经实际使用,该机构安装与拆卸效率高、连接可靠、承载能力强,可单个或成组使用,适合多种需要快速安装与拆卸的设备,具有广泛的应用前景。 In order to solve the technical defects, such as low bearing capacity, high jamming expectation and specified tools requirement , that occur on traditional quick linkage mechanism components, including quick-release pins and bolts, a quick linkage mechanism was designed in this paper, of which the quick installation and removal were implemented by the components such as locking heads and rings, positioning balls and rotation handles. This mechanism is of high efficiency of its installation and removal, high reliability and high bearing capacity. In addition, the mechanism is able to be used individually or unitedly, which satisfies plenty of equipment that require for quick installation and removal, and is of wide application prospect.
