RJ45接口弹片半自动压线机的设计与实现

摘要 RJ45接口插座处的弹片较小,拿取不容易,人工压制困难且效率低下,开发了一台RJ接口弹片的半自动压线机,设计了固定板、凸凹模、夹具拔爪等主要机械部件,以PLC为控制核心,通过对电磁阀进行顺序控制,由气缸的往复带动机械部件运动,完成弹片的压制工作。该设备能提高劳动生产率,为企业带来较好的经济效益。 There are a series of disadvantages of the shrapnel in RJ45 interface outlet connector, such as small size, difficult to pick out, hard to compacting and low efficiency. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, this article developed a semi-automatic pressing machine for RJ interface shrapnel, in which the fixed plate, convex and concave die, clamps and claws were designed as main mechanical components. In the operating process of the device, regarding PLC as the controller core, the sequential control was performed via solenoid valve and the mechanical components were driven by the movement of the cylinder, hence the shrapnel would be completely produced. This device is able to improve the productivity, which will bring financial benefits to enterprices.
