摘要
针对传统齿轮强度校核方法计算繁琐、效率低等缺点,提出了一种基于有限元法的行星齿轮的建模与强度分析方法,并对行星减速器中强度最弱的太阳轮进行强度分析。根据齿轮参数对中心距进行计算,采用三维建模软件Solidworks对齿轮进行建模与装配,并将建模结果导入有限元软件ANAYS中,对一级行星传动中的太阳轮进行强度分析。
In order to solve the problem, such as cumbersome calculation and low efficiency, among traditional gear strength checking method, this article proposed a modeling and strength analyzing method for planetary gears based on finite element method (FEM). In addition, the solar wheel, the weakest component in planetary reducer, was performed a strength analysis. Calculating the center distance according to gear parameters, the article modelled and assembled the gears based on the three-dimensional (3D) modelling software SolidWorks. Then the article led the modelled results into finite element software ANSYS, and carried out a strength analysis on the solar wheel among first-stage planetary transmission.
