摘要
结合高精密减速器的实际运行工况对角接触球轴承进行受力分析。采用接触应力、额定动载荷双目标函数,研发设计非标角接触球轴承,优化后的非标角接触球轴承经过校核计算满足减速器高精度和寿命要求。
Combined with the actual operating conditions of high precision speed reducer, the angular contact ball bearing was performed a force analysis in this paper. Adopting a two-objective function that contains contact stress and rated dynamic load, a non-standard angular contact ball bearing was designed and developed. The optimized non-standard angular contact ball bearing was checked to be satisfied with the requirement of high precision and long life-cycle of speed reducers.
