摘要
大尺寸不规则定制设备的吊装作业是设备设计人员必须考虑的重要环节。以锚杆钻车不规则底盘起吊作业为例,从设计的源头提出了一种力学分析及有限元相结合的方法,从两个方面确保施工安全。该方法对类似设备的起吊作业具有较大的借鉴参考意义。
The hoisting operation of large-size irregular custom equipment is a very important link that the designer must take into consideration. Taking roof-bolter irregular chassis lifting as an example, this paper proposed a method that is the combination of mechanical analysis and finite element method from the origin of design, in order to ensure the safety of the construction in two aspects . This method is of great reference to the lifting operating of similar equipment.
