摘要
为验证驾驶室结构的安全性能,通过对ECE R29—02/03及GB 26512—2011的解读,总结了法规对商用车驾驶室正面碰撞安全性的新要求及碰撞试验的要点。以某款商用车驾驶室为依托,运用Hypermesh软件建立了摆锤、驾驶室、部分车架、摆锤撞击的有限元模型,用LS_Dyna软件对模型进行了仿真计算。通过对计算结果中假人生存空间和车门变形量的分析,显示该驾驶室的设计结构良好,满足法规要求。
In order to verify the safety performance of the cab structure, this paper, through the interpretation of ECE R29-02/03 and GB 26512-2011, summarizes the new requirements of the regulation on the safety of head-on collision of commercial vehicle cab and the main points of the collision test. Based on a certain cab, a series of finite element models of pendulum, cab, partial frame and pendulum impact were established by using Hypermesh software. Hence the model was simulated by LS Dyna software. Through the analysis of the dummy living space and the deformation amount of the door, the designed structure of the cab is perfect that meets the requirements of the law regulation.
