This article expounded the working principle of quick-open （QO） pressure filter. Additionally, according to a few aspects, including the feeding characteristics, operating situations, configuration methods, the article analyzed the factors that have effects on working efficiency. Finally, the article presented some fault categories related to mechanism, electricity and hydraulic systems of QO pressure filters based on practical view, and provided solutions for the faults mentioned above. This research provides references for improving the application effect and stability of pressure filters in some extent.
