摘要
刮板输送机作为煤机综采装备的重要组成之一,其工作性能、使用寿命等因素直接影响着煤矿高效生产。对高可靠性刮板输送机的软启动方式进行了分析研究,并对其电液控制自动伸缩机尾、水冷却及过滤系统、链传动等关键部件进行研发。在神华集团上榆泉煤矿I031001综放工作面对所设计研制的高可靠性综放工作面后部刮板输送机进行工业性试验,运行状况良好。
As one of the important components of coal mining equipment, scraper conveyor directly influence the high-efficiency coal production due to the factors such as its operating performance and life cycle. This paper studied and analyzed the soft start mode of the high-reliability scraper conveyor. In addition, a series of key components were researched and developed, such as electric-hydraulic-controlled (EHC) automatic telescopic tail, water cooling and filtration system and chain-driven part. Thus, the designed high-reliability rear scraper conveyor was carried out an industrial test and performed well on Shangyuquan Coal Mine I031001 fully mechanized top coal caving work face of Shenhua Group.
