Research and Consideration of Equipment Lubrication Management of Three-Gorges Ship Elevator

通过对三峡升船机现场调试情况跟踪和文献资料调研,归纳和分析了升船机设备运行状态和润滑状况,说明了设备润滑管理在升船机日常维护保养中的重要性;分析研究了升船机设备润滑管理模式,取得了一些具有实用价值的成果,为对三峡升船机运行中的设备管理模式进行更为深入和系统化研究提供了支持。

By tracking the field debugging condition of Three-Gorges ship elevator and investigating and surveying the references, this article summarized and analyzed the operating lubricating status of the ship elevating equipment, which indicated the importation of the equipment lubrication management among the ship elevator daily maintenance. In addition, the article analyzed and studied the lubrication management mode of the ship elevator equipment, which obtained a series of practical-valued achievement and provided support for professionally and systematically studying the equipment management mode of Three-Gorges ship elevator operating.
