优质护理服务在老年脑梗死患者中的应用效果观察

Application of quality nursing service in nursing of senile cerebral infarction

目的分析优质护理服务在老年脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法以2016年3月—2017年2月期间我院收治的96例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理服务,对比2组患者的护理效果及满意度。结果对照组的护理优良率为81.25%,患者满意度为85.42%;观察组护理优良率为95.83%,患者满意度为97.91%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年脑梗死患者采用优质护理服务可提高护理效果和满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the quality of nursing service in the application of nursing senile cerebral infarction and its effect. Methods From March 2016 to February 2017,96 patients with senile cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group（48 cases each）.The control group adopted the routine nursing method of the senile cerebral infarction,the observation group implemented the high quality nursing service on the basis of it,compared the two group＇s nursing effect,as well as the contrast patient＇s satisfaction.Results In the control group,81.25% of the patients were in care,and 85.42% of patients were satisfied,the optimal rate of nursing was 95.83% and the patient satisfaction was 97.91%,and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effectiveness of the quality care service in patients with the elderly cerebral infarction and the patient＇s satisfaction is high,which is worth promoting in clinical care.
