摘要
研究某柴油机燃用20%生物柴油-柴油混合燃料,通过改变预喷油量和增压压力,进行该机型经济性和排放性的优化.采用拉丁超立方法分别对稳态循环试验低、中转速下低、中、高和全负荷共计8个工况点设计试验方案,对各工况样本点进行仿真计算.搭建试验因子和响应变量模型,完成基于模型的遗传优化.优化结果表明:优化预喷油量和增压压力,可使NO_x平均降低17.2%,燃油消耗率平均下降4.2%,soot略有升高.
The fuel economy and emission performance of the diesel engine are optimized based on B20 by the method of changing pre-injection mass and boost pressure. The Latin hypercube sampling algorithm is used to design experiment method referred to the European steady-state cycle including low,middle speed and low,middle,high and all load totally 8 cases. The simulation of the each sample point is calculated. The model between test factor and response variables is built,and the optimization based on the model is conducted. The optimization result shows that at average NO_x is decreased by 17. 2%,fuel consumption rate is decreased by 4. 2%,and soot is increased slightly.
