雷火灸在脑卒中及其后遗症康复中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 脑卒中所致的功能损伤及其后遗症严重影响患者的生活质量。当前脑卒中的康复治疗方法发展迅速,很多以安全、有效、方便为出发点。雷火灸就是其中一种,是以现代医学为基础,经络学说为原理,继承和创新的一种灸法。利用其燃烧时产生药化因子以及热量刺激相关穴位,通过热效应激发经气,促使经脉畅通,药物渗透到相应穴位内,起到疏经活络、消肿散瘀、改善血液循环的作用。雷火灸治疗的介入可提高脑卒中的康复水平,减少疾病的损害,改善生活质量。近年来雷火灸广泛应用于五官、神经、骨关节等相关疾病的治疗中,已成为临床疾病治疗的重要手段之一。本研究主要总结雷火灸在脑卒中方面的应用。 The functional impairment caused by cerebral apoplexy and its sequelae seriously affect the quality of life of patients. The current rehabilitation therapy for stroke is developing rapidly,and many of them are safe,effective and convenient. Moxibustion is one of them,which is based on modern medicine,and is a moxibustion method of inheritance and innovation. Based on modern medicine,the theoryof meridian theory is a kind of moxibustion method of inheritance and innovation. Use its burns medicine factor and heat generated to stimulate the related points,through theheating stimulates the bullishness,prompted the meridians,drug penetration into corresponding acupunctur points,a hydrophobic channels,scattered stasis detumescence,improving blood circulation The intervention of moxibustion therapy can improve the recovery level of stroke,reduce the damage of disease and improve the quality of life. In recent years,lightning moxibustion has been widely used in the treatment of five senses,nerves,bone joints and other related diseases,and has become one of the important means of clinical disease treatment. This study mainly summarized the application of thunder moxibustion in stroke.
