新城镇化背景下我国农村公共体育服务现状及发展对策研究

An analysis on the status quo and developing countermeasures of rural public sports service in China under the background of new urbanization

运用文献资料、逻辑分析和实地考察等研究方法,对我国新型城镇化背景下农村公共体育服务的发展现状进行研究,结果表明:新型城镇化背景下我国农村公共体育服务存在供给主体较为单一、农村体育组织管理匮乏及公共体育服务城乡供给不均衡等问题。针对以上困境,提出要严格落实农村公共体育场地的建设与配置标准,加大对农村的投资力度,实现公共体育服务城乡均等化发展;鼓励市场及社会组织的参与,构建农村公共体育服务多元化供给主体;注重体育人才引进,健全农村体育组织管理体系等发展策略,从而为我国农村公共体育服务的良性发展提供指导。

By using the methods of documents,logical study and field investigation,this paper analyses the status quo of rural public sports service in China under the background of new urbanization, the results show that under the background of new urbanization,China＇s rural public sports service has the problems of single supply subject,lack of rural sports organization and management,and unbalanced supply of public sports service between urban and rural areas.In view of the above difficulties,it is proposed to strictly implement the construction and allocation of rural public sports venues,increase investment in rural areas,to achieve the equalization of public sports services for urban and rural development;encourage market and social organizations to participate in the construction of rural public sports services to diversify the supply of the main body;pay attention to the introduction of sports talents,improve the rural sports organization and management system and other development strategies,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the healthy development of China＇s rural public sports services.
