摘要
对10名普通男大学生进行6周健美操运动干预,探讨健美操锻炼对男大学生心率变异性及体质的影响,结果表明:心率变异性指标SDNN、RMSSD、TP、HF、LF/HF训练前后具有显著性差异;受试者肺活量、握力、仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈在干预前后具有显著差异性。提示:健美操训练能改善人的心脏机能和体质状况。
In order to analyze the effects of aerobic exercise on the male undergraduates’heart rate variability and physical fitness,this paper has taken 6 weeks exercise intervention to 10 male undergraduates,and gets the result that the index of their heart rate variability is very different before and after exercises in SDNN,RMSSD,TP,HF,LF/HF; their vital capacity,grip power,sit-up,and sit-reach are significant different before and after exercises. So effective is the aerobic exercise that can develop people’s cardio-pulmonary function and physique.
