摘要
在原有的Th17细胞发挥促炎性作用及Treg细胞发挥免疫抑制作用的理论基础上,探究运动性免疫失衡的机制,总结Th17细胞和Treg细胞的分化及其相关的细胞因子、转录因子的作用,并对两种细胞在自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、运动性疾病中的作用及研究现状进行综述。
Based on the theory of Th17 cells play proinflammatory and Treg cells play an inhibitory role in the immune system,this paper probes into the mechanism of exercise-induced immune imbalance from summarized their related and transcription factors’function,and then sums up this 2 cells’research status quo and functions in immune,infection and exercise induced disease.
