颜色与物质浓度辨识模型研究

摘要 比色法是一种通常用来检测物质浓度的方法,通过比对起化学反应后试纸的颜色读数与色卡的颜色值来判定物质浓度的高低.采用标准误差平均值对采样数据的优劣进行分析,建立了多元线性回归模型来讨论物质浓度与颜色读数之间的关系,通过残差图、拟合优度、和方差、均方差等指标对模型进行评价,并给出了模型优化的方法,从而为比色法检测物质浓度提供了一种有效的解决方案. As a common method to detect the concentration of material,colorimetric is applied by com-paring the color reading of the test paper and the color value of the color card after the chemical reac-tion to determine the level of the material concentration.In this paper,the average value of standard error is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the sampled data,and a multiple linear re-gression model is established to discuss the relationship between the material concentration and the color reading.Besides,the model is evaluated by the residual map,the goodness of fit,the variance and the mean square variance,and the method of the model optimization is given,which provides an effective solution for detecting substance concentration.
