血清钙、游离脂肪酸与社区老年代谢综合征的相关性分析

Correlations of serum calcium and free fatty acid with metabolic syndrome among elders in community

目的探讨社区老年代谢综合征(MS)组分与血清钙(Ca)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)的相关性。方法选取104例老年MS患者和113名体检健康者(正常对照组),收集MS患者一般临床资料(年龄、性别、腰围、血压),测定所有研究对象的空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、Ca和FFA水平。分析Ca、FFA与腰围、血压、FPG、TG和HDL-C的相关性。结果 MS组腰围、TG、收缩压(SBP)、FPG、Ca、FFA水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),HDL-C水平低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而年龄、舒张压(DBP)2个组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ca与腰围、TG、SBP、FPG呈正相关(r值分别为0.182、0.367、0.173、0.361,P<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.358,P<0.01);FFA与TG、FPG呈正相关(r值分别为0.324、0.215,P<0.01)。结论血清Ca、FFA水平可能与社区老年MS有关。

Objective To investigate the correlations of serum calcium （Ca） and free fatty acid（FFA） withmetabolic syndrome（MS） among elders in community. Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with MS and 113healthy subjects were enrolled. Clinical data（age,sex,waist circumference and blood pressure） were collected.Fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,Ca andFFA levels were determined. The correlations of Ca and FFA with waist circumference,blood pressure,FPG,TGand HDL-C were analyzed. Results Waist circumference,TG,systolic blood pressure （SBP）,FPG,Ca andFFA in MS group were higher than those in healthy control group （P〈0.01）, and HDL-C was lower （P〈0.01）.There was no statistical significance for age and diastolic blood pressure （DBP）between MS and healthy controlgroups （P〉0.05）. There were positive correlations of Ca with waist circumference,TG,SBP and FPG （r=0.182,0.367,0.173 and 0.361,P〈0.01）,and there was a negative correlation with HDL-C （r=-0.358,P〈0.01）. FFAhad positive correlations with TG and FPG （r=0.324 and 0.215,P〈0.01）. Conclusions Serum Ca and FFA arecorrelated with MS among elders in community.
