摘要
工作场所学习研究起源于20世纪70年代,经过四十余年的发展与积淀,其理论与实践成果已颇为丰富。本研究通过知识图谱分析方法,对美国工作场所学习领域的三本SSCI权威期刊发表的研究成果分析发现:美国工作场所学习领域知识交叉明显,与心理学、管理学等学科关系最为紧密,已形成以卡拉翰为代表的权威作者群;研究热点较多聚焦于组织、管理和绩效等主题,对领导力问题的关注稍显不够,已初步形成组织研究、职业生涯发展研究、非正式学习研究三大主流方向;美国工作场所学习领域存在一些经典文献,自我效能理论、社会认知职业理论、经济学理论等为美国工作场所学习研究提供了重要的理论支撑,文献法、量化法成为美国学者研究的主流方法,自我效能、经济学、文献法等背景知识必将持续受到关注。
Workplace learning research originated in America in the 1970 s. After development and accumulation for more than 40 years,its theories and the practices have been matured. By using knowledge map analysis method,we find that there are close interdisciplinary fields in the field of workplace learning in American,such as psychology and management. Callahan is an expert in the field of workplace learning in American. Research hotspots focus more on topics such as organization,management,and performance. The focus on leadership is slightly insufficient. The research has initially formed three main directions: organizational research,career development research,and informal learning research. There are some classical literature. Self-efficacy theory,social cognitive career theory and economic theories provide an important theoretical foundations for this field,and literature review methods and quantitative methods have become the main stream ones in the field. The attention of self-efficacy,economics and literature method will continue to be on the rise.
